The marketing team at Bass, Berry & Sims received top honors in three categories at the 2014 Legal Marketing Association’s (LMA) Southeast Conference. The awards were given to firms within the Southeast region and recognize excellence in legal marketing within 10 different categories. The Bass, Berry & Sims team was recognized in the following categories:

  • First Place for Identity Campaign: Bass, Berry & Sims was recognized for our rebranding initiative launched in early 2014. Through this process we set out to clarify our brand, solidify key messages and create a consistent image across various media platforms.
  • First Place for Media Relations Campaign: The firm was recognized for our partnership with local healthcare public affairs firm Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock and the targeted marketing plan surrounding the media campaign of our firm’s win on behalf of a nonprofit community hospital against a multi-billion dollar publicly traded software giant. Through this successful campaign, Bass, Berry & Sims was able to elevate our national healthcare brand, spread the message about this achievement and gain new clients.
  • Honorable Mention for Website Redesign: Bass, Berry & Sims was recognized for the launch of the new website in early 2014 that featured upgraded graphics consistent with a new branding campaign, new functionality, a new content management system, a complete overhaul of all content and a new robust experience database.
