Susan K. Bilbro – (Attorney) advises clients on all aspects of employee benefit plan design and administration and counsels clients on employee welfare and pension benefits issues, both in connection with corporate transactions and on day-to-day administration. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Bilbro practiced in the employee benefits groups at Waller in Nashville, Tennessee and at Morris, Manning & Martin in Atlanta. Bilbro earned a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and a B.A. from Transylvania University.
Shannon E. Pinkston – (Senior Healthcare Attorney) advises public and private healthcare companies in operations, regulatory and transactional matters. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Pinkston served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Vanguard Health Systems, and as Senior Counsel for Tenet Healthcare following Tenet’s acquisition of Vanguard. Pinkston earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and a B.S. from the University of Tennessee.
