Nashville, Tenn., (October 3, 2011) – Bass, Berry & Sims is pleased to announce that it will host the 12th Annual Regional Women in Products Liability Workshop sponsored by the Women in Products Liability (WIPL) Subcommittee of the Products Liability Committee of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association (ABA). Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be available for attendees.

The one-day workshop will offer participants the chance to hear from a diverse group of speakers to discuss important topics in the field of products liability litigation. Panel discussions range from jurisdiction, preemption, trial skills and social media to balancing personal priorities with a demanding law practice.
