Bass, Berry & Sims was named the “Tennessee Firm of the Year” for Litigation by Benchmark 2015 U.S. The award was announced during Benchmark’s annual awards gala on January 29 to honor litigators and firms throughout the U.S.
The full results, compiled in the Benchmark Litigation publication, stem from the culmination of a six-month research period where researchers conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms. During these interviews, researchers examine recent casework handled by law firms and ask individual litigators to offer their professional opinions on peers.
