Nashville, Tenn., (January 28, 2025) – Bass, Berry & Sims is pleased to announce two new appointments to its executive leadership team effective January 1, as well as its official move to new office space in the Pinnacle Tower at Nashville Yards as of January 23.

Scott W. Bell and Anna M. Grizzle, both members based in Nashville, joined the firmwide Executive Committee on January 1 as David Cox and Nesrin Garan Tift’s terms concluded.

The firm’s move to Nashville Yards was originally announced in October 2021 while Pinnacle Tower was in development. The relocation is part of the firm’s focus on meeting the evolving needs of clients with space for sustainable growth and state-of-the-art facilities. The firm now occupies approximately 180,000 square feet in the top eight floors of the building.

Bell and Grizzle become the newest members of the seven-member Executive Committee effective January 1. Members of the Executive Committee are charged with overseeing strategic priorities of the firm, including client service, diversity and inclusion, growth, and pro bono initiatives.

Bell’s practice includes advising clients in public and private transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures in healthcare, IT, and other industries. Anna Grizzle

Grizzle focuses her practice exclusively on advising healthcare clients on fraud and abuse and reimbursement matters. She regularly counsels hospitals and health systems, home health and hospice, and other healthcare providers on enforcement and compliance issues and responding to government enforcement matters. Firm Finalizes Move to Nashville Yards

Bass, Berry & Sims finalized the move of its Nashville office into a brand-new space at the Pinnacle Tower at Nashville Yards on January 23. The new office boasts cutting-edge features and amenities as part of the larger Nashville Yards development that includes a 591-room Grand Hyatt Nashville hotel, a 4,500-person concert venue, and more than 650 new residential units.
