The Business & Corporate Litigation Committee of the ABA’s Business Law Section publishes an annual compilation of the latest developments and trends in business and corporate litigation. This 2018 edition includes an analysis of developments in securities litigation during 2017. In Chapter 26 of the book, titled “Securities Litigation,” our attorneys addressed key decisions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and U.S. district courts within the Second Circuit.
