Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Shayne Clinton, Joe Crace, Brittain Sexton and Gingie Yetter served as contributing authors for a chapter of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Recent Developments in Business & Corporate Litigation, 2015 Edition. In the chapter, the authors provided an overview of securities litigation cases during the past year, specifically case analysis and developments from the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
