For the second year in a row, Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Danielle Sloane, Lauren Gaffney and Amy Sanders provided a review of the past year’s significant 2014 settlements and judicial decisions resolving alleged Stark violations, incorporating discussion of the Anti-Kickback Statute when relevant.
