Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys are representing CargoSprint LLC in defending against an antitrust lawsuit brought by CargoSprint’s competitor, PayCargo LLC. On November 4, U.S. District Judge Timothy C. Batten Sr. dismissed PayCargo’s complaint against CargoSprint, finding that PayCargo had failed to identify the relevant market it claims was injured as a result of allegedly anti-competitive conduct on the part of CargoSprint. Judge Batten granted PayCargo leave to amend its complaint but found there were several problems with the lawsuit. The team includes Mike Dashefsky, Steele Clayton, Dale Grimes, Nick Goldin and Gingie Yetter.
