We represented AmSurg and its affiliated surgery centers in a DOJ investigation into allegations that the defendants violated the AKS by allowing physicians to share in anesthesia profits at the surgery centers. We obtained a declination from DOJ and voluntary dismissal by the relator’s counsel.
