We represented the president of a large Department of Education (DOE) contractor that had previously been suspended by DOE. Along with the president, the DOE suspended the company and current and former employees based on allegations that the company failed to comply with its contractual obligations. After submitting a response addressing the concerns raised in the suspension notice, meeting with the DOE’s Suspending and Debarring Official, and responding to multiple rounds of questions from the DOE, we were able to secure the termination of the suspension without an administrative agreement.
