Successful Defense of Oak Grove Technologies in Bid Protest of FBI Program Award

We successfully defended a contract award decision to Oak Grove Technologies (Oak Grove), a military services company that supports the U.S. government with training environments and programs, as well as intelligence and technology services. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) awarded a contract to Oak Grove to assist with their Critical Incident Response Group program, in which Oak Grove will provide pilots and management and operations services for the UH-60 “Black Hawk” aircraft fleet. The GAO denied the incumbent’s protest, and our client has assumed control of the contract.
