Retail Shopping Center Redevelopment

We represented a Kentucky developer/investor in the redevelopment of Mercury Plaza Shopping Center, near Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The transaction involved the relocation of several existing tenants and a sale of a portion of the shopping center to Kroger for construction of a new Kroger store, with our client retaining development rights for the remainder of the center.
