Representation of National Pharmacy: Response to DOJ Subpoena Regarding Controlled Substances Dispensing

We represent a national pharmacy company and one of its New York pharmacy locations in responding to a Department of Justice subpoena concerning the dispensing of Schedule II controlled substances. We have assisted the client with document production, responses to government inquiries, and an internal investigation related to issues identified in the subpoena.
