We serve as debtor’s counsel to Williamson Memorial Hospital, Inc., a rural hospital in West Virginia. Due to declining revenues caused by the COVID-19 crisis, the hospital was forced to close, and our bankruptcy and healthcare teams worked together to advise the hospital on the many issues relating to its shutdown while simultaneously negotiating and consummating a sale of the facility and overseeing the work regarding to administer the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
