We represented NHT Nashville, LLC after its secured lender filed a lawsuit seeking appointment of a receiver and a judgment for the amounts owed. We delayed the hearing seeking appointment of a receiver and negotiated over several weeks a favorable restructuring of NHT’s obligations of the lender.
