Representation of National Chain Pharmacy and Joint Venture Partner: Specialty Pharmacy Misfill

We represented a national chain pharmacy and its joint venture partner in connection with a specialty pharmacy misfill matter. We investigated the underlying issues, worked with the FDA, Board of Pharmacy, and Board of Health to develop and implement a compliance plan, and trained personnel on enhanced compliance measures. The matter was resolved in a manner that allowed continued operation of the pharmacy.
