Representation of National Chain Pharmacy and Joint Venture Partner Entity in Specialty Pharmacy Misfill

We represent a national chain pharmacy and its joint venture partner entity and worked to investigate misfills. We successfully resolved the matter with the FDA, Board of Pharmacy, and the Board of Health for a compliance plan that ensured continued operation.  We trained staff on newly developed and recommended compliance measures and reported to regulators to successfully resolve the matter.
