Representation of Addiction Treatment Facility: U.S. ex rel. Coulter v. Seabrook House, Inc. (D.N.J.)

We represented an addiction treatment facility and its parent corporation in a Department of Justice investigation involving allegations of False Claims Act violations related to compliance with state Medicaid and Veterans Affairs requirements, as well as staffing and documentation of services provided to patients. We negotiated a favorable resolution of the matter on behalf of our clients.
