We represented a preclinical biomedical company in an environmental investigation and remediation that has occurred since 1998. We assisted the client in discovering the contamination prior to their purchase of the facility, and worked out a strong indemnity wherein the seller pays for all cost of the clean-up, including attorneys’ fees, but our client retains control of the clean-up.
