PopCulture Media Sells to CBS Interactive

We represented comicbook.com d/b/a PopCulture Media in the sale of its internet business to CBS Interactive.  We managed all intellectual property aspects related to the transaction, including matters related to internet advertising, content licensing, and certain IP clearance work.  The transaction was preceded by a strategic alliance, internet advertising and content license agreement with CBS Interactive.
