We represented Pfizer and its affiliates in litigation claiming more than $120 million in franchise and excise tax refunds related to the proper treatment of gain from the sale of an operating division and Pfizer’s right to a variance to properly source sales made through a major wholesaler distribution hub located in Tennessee.
