We represented the developer in connection with a $98.3 million construction loan for the development of a medical office building in Nashville, Tennessee. When completed, the building will be occupied primarily by Tennessee Oncology, PLLC, one of the nation’s largest, community-based cancer care specialists. The 200,000-square-foot-facility will consolidate the company’s clinical imaging lab and pharmacy, as well as serve as OneOncology’s corporate headquarters.
