We represented Origins Behavioral HealthCare in its sale to TRT Holdings, Inc., a diversified private holding company owned by the Rowling family of Dallas, Texas. The acquisition of Origins will provide more robust treatment options for people struggling with addiction and complements other TRT Holding operations. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
