We served as lead counsel for Morgan Keegan and related entities in federal securities, ERISA and derivative multi-district litigation related to investment company losses in the wake of the credit crisis. This litigation involved several large class actions brought under the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, state securities laws and/or the ERISA. All matters were dismissed or settled favorably. The plaintiffs’ allegations sought over $1 billion in damages.
