MAALP Reopening of Senior Notes due 2029

We represented Mid-America Apartments, L.P., the operating partnership of Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., in a public offering of $250,000,000 of 3.950% senior notes due 2029, which were offered as additional notes in the same series as the $300,000,000 of 3.950% senior notes due 2029 offered by Mid-America Apartments, L.P. in March 2019.

Underwriters included Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Jefferies LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.
