Lobbying for Charitable Gift Annuity Bill

We successfully lobbied for passage bills on behalf of the fundraising arm of a national children’s research hospital that would give our client more options for reserve calculations, maintenance of accounts and annual reporting than previously allowed under Tennessee’s Charitable Gift Annuity statute. The most recent bill passed unanimously in both houses, with 41 representatives signing on as co-sponsors on the House floor.
