We represented Lincare Holdings Inc. in its acquisition of Specialized Medical Services from The Riverside Company. This transaction will add more than 3,200 facilities across 45 states, including the 20 largest for-profit skilled nursing facility chains, to Lincare’s portfolio. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
