We represented AmSurg Corp. in connection with the leasing and development of its new corporate headquarters located in Nashville, Tennessee. The project included the construction of a new 110,000 square foot building and parking garage within an existing office complex. We negotiated the lease and development agreements as well as the tax incentives package.
