Global Primary Privacy and Data Security Counsel for Luxury Hotel Collective

We are global primary counsel for a luxury hotel collective in all privacy and data security matters including those relating to vendor and third party relationships, hotel contracting and regulatory concerns. This includes advising on all relevant statutes and contractual relationships for more than 400 hotels in over 80 countries. This work includes day-to-day advice regarding privacy and data security laws throughout the world, responding to inquiries from regulators, and drafting relevant policies and contracts.
