Envision Healthcare Acquires Connecticut-based Anesthesia Physician Group

We represented Envision Healthcare in its acquisition of Anesthesia Associates of New London, P.C., a Connecticut-based anesthesia physician group and exclusive provider at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London, Connecticut, and surrounding ambulatory surgery centers. Envision plans to support the growth of the practice by recruiting additional physicians and certified registered nurse anesthetists to the group. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
