Developer Representation for 7-Eleven Store Development and Dispositions

We represented a developer in connection with the development, leasing, and sale of more than 10 newly built 7-Eleven convenience stores located throughout the Southeast United States. Our work included site development, leasing negotiations, and sale transactions supporting the developer’s build-to-suit development program.
