We currently are representing a large consumer products manufacturer in two class action claims alleging our client’s product emits a chemical in an amount higher than the manufacturer disclosed that resulted in personal injury. The second class action was filed in the District Court of New Jersey but was transferred to the Judge handling the previously-filed class action before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee. These cases currently are pending.
