Arbitration Win for Aerospace Client

We represented a government contractor in the aerospace industry in its arbitration win after the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers filed a grievance alleging the company was in violation of the collective bargaining agreement. Winning this arbitration upheld the company’s right to cross craft, a cost-cutting strategy instituted by the company to allow them to bid more competitively for government contracts.
