We represented Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHC) in the acquisition of Belmont Behavioral Health from nonprofit Einstein Healthcare Network. The acquired assets consist primarily of an inpatient behavioral healthcare facility with 147 beds serving the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania market.
