$500 Million Credit Facility for Multi-Family REIT

We represented a public multi-family REIT in a transaction to amend, restate and expand its syndicated unsecured credit facility to $500 million, including an $800 million accordion option, consisting of 14 lenders led by KeyBank National Association as administrative agent. We also represented the client in connection with a $150 million unsecured term credit facility led by KeyBank National Association as administrative agent.
