We represented DGA Residential as borrower’s counsel and developer’s counsel in connection with the approximately $30 million financing for the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 100-unit multifamily affordable housing development in Sumter, South Carolina. The project was financed through a combination of tax-exempt bond financing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. The development will expand the supply of quality affordable housing in Sumter and support long-term housing stability for residents in the community.
