We served as special counsel to the Industrial Development Board of the City of Chattanooga in connection with a $115 million tax increment financing (TIF) to support public infrastructure for The Bend, a $1.3 billion mixed-use and affordable housing project in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This landmark development will include retail, office space, residential units, hotel rooms, and marina slips, and is the largest TIF deal ever approved in Chattanooga.
