Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Travis Lloyd will participate in the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law’s Health Law Month Speaker Series with a presentation, titled “The Stark Law: A Practitioner’s Perspective.” Hosted by the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law’s Health Law Society, the series celebrates the practice of healthcare law and gives students the opportunity to gain insight into the skills required to practice in a constantly evolving field.
During the presentation, Travis will discuss the rulemaking history of the Stark Law before diving into specific practitioner themes, such as litigation dynamics, compliance strategies and the importance of indirect compensation arrangements.
