Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Nesrin Tift will co-present at the American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) Virtual Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues on Friday, March 26, 2021, from 2:45-3:45 P.M. Nesrin will present with Judy Stobos in their session, titled, “Tangoing with the Government in the CHOW Dance: Avoid Missteps with Medicare Changes of Ownership.”
The AHLA Virtual Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues will take place from March 24-26, 2021. This virtual conference will offer comprehensive programming on legal and regulatory issues related to reimbursement and serve as a forum for bringing together knowledgeable reimbursement counsel and specialists from the public and private sector.
