Ethical Considerations of Attorney-Client Privilege” in a Live Webinar for the American Health Law Association on Thursday, April 13, 2023. Taylor will present alongside Andrea Ferrari (Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting) and Kelly Anderson (Baptist Health) will moderate.
This webinar will discuss the attorney-client privilege and the attorney-client work product and the ethical considerations for healthcare attorneys and their clients. It will review case law where the attorney-client privilege and/or work product doctrine has been at issue and provide tips for preserving the attorney-client privilege. The panelists will also discuss Rule 1.6 regarding Confidentiality of Information, Rule 1.4 regarding Communications with Clients, and Rule 1.7 (Avoiding Representation of Adverse Interests).
