Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Jeff Oldham will speak at the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association’s (TVPPA) Legal Conference on February 2, 2023. The two-day conference will take place in Nashville, Tennessee at the Marriott at Vanderbilt University. Jeff’s session, titled, “Public Finance Update for Municipal Electric Systems,” will begin at 3:30 P.M. CST and will cover recent legal developments impacting the issuance of tax-exempt bonds, as well as addressing public finance considerations associated with financing generation resources.
