Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Mike Hess will speak at the 2016 Armada Specialty Pharmacy Summit. On May 5, Mike will moderate a panel titled, “Practical Review of Legal Issues in Manufacturer: Specialty Pharmacy Contracting.” Mike along with three legal department veterans will discuss key legal concepts applicable to the complex relationship between manufacturers and specialty pharmacies, and how to apply those concepts to real world contracting practices.
