Bass Berry & Sims, in conjunction with the Vanderbilt Law and Business Program, Sherrard, Roe, Voigt & Harbison, and the Nashville Bar Association, invite you to join us for Lunch With the Judges: Business Litigation Case Management Challenges and Best Practices in the Flynn Auditorium of Vanderbilt Law School.

Bass, Berry & Sims Litigation Chair, Brant Phillips, alongside Joseph Slights III (former Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery and currently a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati) will moderate a discussion featuring Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick (Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery), Judge Kent Jordan (United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit), and Chancellor Anne C. Martin (Chancellor of the Chancery Court of Davidson County and head of the state-wide Business Court Docket) as they discuss current challenges and issues presented in their respective courts—particularly focused on business litigation topics and best practices.

The event will be open to attorneys through the Nashville Bar Association as well as Vanderbilt students.  The event will be eligible for CLE credit for attorneys who attend and will also be presented remotely via Zoom for those who cannot attend in person.  Lunch will be provided.  Please make sure to RSVP for catering and parking purposes.  Please note that the RSVP link will take you to the Nashville Bar Association website but as a student, you can register for free.
