Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Matt Curley, Anna Grizzle and Lisa Rivera will participate in the International Performance Management Institute (IPMI) Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute.
Anna will serve as moderator for a session titled, “Where the Rubber Meets the Road: Best Practices for Auditing and Monitoring in an Effective Compliance Program.”
Matt and Lisa are serving as panelists on a session titled, “Effective Responses to Government Investigations and Related Enforcement Actions.” The panel will discuss strategic considerations in responding to a government investigation and will offer practical tips for narrowing the scope of a government investigation.
Matt will also serve as a panelist on a session titled, “Critical Insights, Updates and Considerations in the Healthcare Law Landscape.”
The Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute will be held March 1-3 at the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida.
