Our attorneys also will participate in the conference’s educational sessions. Anna will serve as moderator for a session titled, “Some Thing Changes, Some Things Stay the Same: Navigating Compliance Issues During a Pandemic.” The session will focus on constantly changing circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its ever-changing impact on healthcare compliance.

Matt will present a session titled, “Managing the Risk: Practical Approaches to Handling Self-Disclosures,” alongside Jennifer Peters, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at LifePoint Health. The presenters will discuss what healthcare counsel should consider when evaluating the risks and rewards of voluntary disclosures.

Matt will also serve as a panelist on a session titled, “Critical Insights, Updates and Considerations in the Healthcare Law Landscape,” which will focus on critical developments pertaining to the increasingly complex healthcare environment.
