Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Clint Hermes will speak on a panel on International Vaccine Law at the 2022 National Vaccine Law Conference. The panel will be moderated by Fazal Khan, MD, JD, Associate Professor of Law, University of Georgia School of Law, and Clint will be joined by Nicholas J. Diamond, Esq., Director, Global Health Group, Crowell & Moring International, John D. Winter, Partner, Patterson Belknap, and Chizoba Wonodi, MBBS John Hopkins, Epidemiologist, leader of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Vaccine Access Center’s immunization support efforts in Nigeria.
The session will examine international structures for the development, regulation, and distribution of vaccines, and will compare U.S. vaccine law to that of other countries.
The conference will be held September 15-17 at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Clint’s session will take place on September 15, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
