Bass Berry & Sims attorneys Jay Moneyhun and Robert Guth will present at the 2019 ICSC Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange. Jay will serve as a panelist for a session entitled “Case Study Public/Private Partnerships” where he will provide insight relating to The Commons, a $15 million, 108,000 square foot public/private partnership retail development in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Robert will serve as a co-presenter, alongside Tony Grappone of Novogradac, for a session entitled “Introduction to Opportunity Zones in Kentucky and Tennessee,” where he will discuss the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act’s Opportunity Zones program and its potential impact on the states.
The two-day conference will take place July 22-23 at the Music City Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
