Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Jay Moneyhun will co-present at the 2018 ICSC Southeast Conference alongside Mike McGuffin, Principle of CHM, LLC, Melinda Kiefer of Economic & Community Development for the City of Cookeville, Tennessee and Lacy Beasley, President of Retail Strategies. The presentation, entitled “P3 Case Study: Small Town Gets Big Shopping Center,” will explore considerations and challenges faced in the creation of the Shoppes at Eagle Point in Cookeville, a recent commercial development project.
