Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Jeff Gibson, Anna Grizzle and Lisa Rivera will participate in the International Performance Management Institute (IPMI) Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute.
Jeff will participate in a panel titled “Critical Insights, Updates and Considerations in the Healthcare Law Landscape” with Carmen Neuberger (Phoenix Children’s) and Leigh Oliver (Clifford Chance).
Lisa will serve as a panelist in a session titled, “Heightened Hospital and Enterprise-Wide Risks: Pharmacy and Nursing Drug Diversions” with Susannah Herkert (Guidepost Solutions).
Anna will speak with Elizabeth Callahan (Baptist Health Care Corp (FL)) and Laura LaCorte (Prospect Medical Holdings (CA)) in a panel titled “Navigating the Enforcement and Compliance Risks for Physicians and Hospitals” on the final day of the event.
The Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute will be held October 2-4 at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, California.
