Bass Berry & Sims attorneys Anna Grizzle and Brian Roark will present at the Nashville Council of Health Care Attorneys’ upcoming meeting in a presentation titled, “Enforcement Trends Under the New Administration.”

Through a flurry of executive orders and other regulatory action, the Trump Administration has ushered in a number of changes impacting healthcare providers. This activity comes on the heels of updated compliance program guidance from the Department of Justice and Health and Human Services’ Office of Inspector General. Anna Grizzle and Brian Roark will explore likely enforcement trends arising from these changes and other hot topics in enforcement, including challenges to the constitutionality of the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act, significant recent FCA decisions, and the impact of key Executive Orders dealing with DEI, transgender healthcare and immigration enforcement.

This event will be held on Friday, March 21, at 8:00 a.m. at the Community Health Systems office in Franklin, Tennessee. This event is approved for 1.0 hours of General CLE credit.
